We’ve compiled answers to some of the most common questions to help you get started.!
What is the billing schedule for Flex?
You are billed at the end of every month based on your usage, not on the signup date.
Can I pay yearly?
You can pay yearly for the non-flex billing plans.
So you charge based on how many moderators and admins I have?
Yes, to make pricing easier for small and large companies, we pay for admin and moderator seats. We usually offer bulk pricing for very large organizations.
What if I have two sites, how am I billed?
Some packages like the Creators plan include up to 3 sites. The Flex plan gives you the first one free, so with two sites you'd pay a total of $10/mo, but it also includes de-branding which Creators does not.
What if I have mysite.com and subdomain.mysite.com?
This depends on the setup. If you add mysite.com to your account, it would be billed as one, and the data/comments are still stored separately. However, let's say you want specific configuration for subdomain.mysite.com - then you'd have to add it separately in your account and it'd be billed as such.
What if miss a payment?
The system gives you a grace period of a week to pay unpaid invoices, and then your account will be paused. Unpaid accounts are deleted after a year.
